Restoring the database to a backup that does not match the images in the Gallery data directory could severely damage your Gallery installation.
If you are restoring the database because of a failed upgrade, you should be alright.
Otherwise, restore the above modules to the indicated versions or risk the possibility of seriously damaging your installation.
